The EW series covers multiple sizes from compact (action cameras, small drones) to medium-large (DSLRs, lenses, field equipment). Internal dimensions vary by model. We replace manufacturing defects free of charge: faulty latches, broken hinges, sealing issues, or damage during transit. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll process a replacement.

We don't offer a fixed-term warranty because our cases are built for outdoor and industrial use, where conditions vary widely from job to job. Damage from use beyond a case's design limits (impact above its rating, water exposure beyond seal capacity, overloading) isn't covered. The "Case With Foam" variant ships with plain PU foam layers, an egg foam layer for the lid, and a snap-off knife so you can shape custom slots at home for your equipment.

EW case shells are imported from China, where they are produced to international protective case standards. Foam customization, fitment, quality inspection, and final packaging are done at our Bangalore facility. The "Country of Origin" listed on each product page is China, in line with Indian customs and labeling requirements.
